Sales Taxes

We are required to collect sales tax on orders delivered to certain states.  Unless you are able to provide us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate prior to our acceptance of the order, you are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Product Availability

Even though it might appear that a product is available on Smooth-Vapes.com, it may not be.  We do not guarantee availability under any circumstance.  Without liability and without prior notice, we reserve the right to change, or discontinue any or all products or to cancel any order.

Shipping & Delivery

Smooth Vapes &/or Smooth-Vapes.com will ship USPS to all 50 states as allowed by law.  We will ship orders within 3 business days after receipt of your order paid in full, subject to product availability.  Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal or local holidays.  In the event that an item cannot ship within the standard delivery times, it will be treated as “backordered.”  This means that you will be advised of the delay and will have the opportunity to cancel the order.  This policy is subject to change at any time and without notice.  Smooth Vapes &/or Smooth-Vapes.com will determine the carrier to be used at their sole discretion.

Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance at Smooth Vapes. For sanitary reasons and overall safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on cartridges, bottled liquid, drip tips, and used atomizers. Because mechanical mods, rda's, and rta's are considered to be of an advanced nature there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on these products. On all other products there is a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defect.  At your option, you may receive a replacement, excluding shipping cost, of a non-excluded item if available.  The process is very simple and straightforward:

  1. Repackage the item including all original parts, packaging material, instructions, etc.  Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you.  Poor repackaging or the return of damages merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item.  Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.
  2. Include a copy of the original Packaging List in the package.
  3. Ship the item (at your expense and choice of carrier) to the address with which you were provided on the original Packing List that was sent with your item.

Due to the passage of Arkansas Act 1235 in July 2015 we are no longer able to ship e-liquid in any form to any Arkansas resident. We are still able to ship e-liquid out of the State of Arkansas.
